An important thing to understand when one confesses the faith is that a true confession states two things at the same time. First and foremost is that one believes that the Bible actually speaks the truth and speaks it clearly. Secondary to that is the belief that is actually confessed. In this series I will be taking sections of the Book of Concord and presenting my reasons from scripture as to why I believe they are a true and accurate confession of the faith.
