Frequently Twisted Passages

We live in a dark time where false teachers twist the word and feed heresy to unsuspecting sheep.  We know from scripture that this is a time that we were warned about.

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” 2 Tim 4:3-4 KJV 

One of the things that false teachers do is twist a handful of passages in the Bible to peddle their doctrine and make it sounds more authentic.  In this series I will cover the most popularly twisted passages one at a time.  I will be pulling heavily from the TV preacher playlist on this.
